To become a Hashira, you need to either kill 50 demons or slay a member of the Twelve Kizuki, the demons directly under Muzan Kibutsuji. Basically, it's a lot of demon-slaying and proving yourself in battle. Good luck!

Pretty much, you gotta be insanely strong and take down a bunch of demons. Kill 50 demons or one of the Twelve Kizuki, and you're in!
