First, make sure your character has good grades in school. After high school, apply to university and major in Biology or Nursing. Once you graduate, head to the job listings and look for a Nurse position. Easy peasy!

I did it by majoring in Nursing at university right after high school. Once I graduated, the Nurse job popped up in the job listings. Gotta love planning ahead!
