Start from a young age! Take acting lessons in the activities tab during your childhood, and keep doing it until you graduate. Apply to university, but make sure to major in something related to Drama or Arts. Once you're out of university, look for a job as a Voiceover Actor and work your way up the acting career path. Fame awaits!
You need to take acting lessons while you're young and then become a voiceover actor. Grind it out from there, and don't forget to maintain high looks and smarts throughout your character's life!
Honestly, ignore all the 'go to university' advice. Just apply straight to the Voiceover Actor job after high school. It's faster and just as effective.
