To become a Super Saiyan in Dragon Ball Fusions, you need to reach a high enough level and then trigger the transformation during battle. Make sure your Saiyan character has met the required level threshold and has enough ki to pull it off!
I've done it鈥攈it level 30 with my Saiyan character, then just mashed that B button during fights when my ki was high enough. Boom! Super Saiyan time!
