To block a PSN group, open the messages, find the group, click options, and select 'Leave'. Then you can block the group's members if needed.

Leaving the group is step one. Then, if you want to block any members, just go to their profile and block them from there!

Simply leave the group by going to messages, selecting the group, and choosing 'Options > Leave'. Blocking individual members is next if necessary.
