You can also hide specific comments if you don't want to block comments entirely but want to keep it clean. Just click the three dots next to the comment and select 'Hide'.

From personal experience, the quickest way is to change your post's privacy to restrict who can see and interact with it. If you're managing a Page or Group, you can totally disable comments there too!
