First, level up and complete the Multi-Story Renovation quest. Then go to the house you're renovating, open the home store, and select 'Balconies' to start building. Easy peasy!
Make sure you've unlocked the multi-story renovations. Then just head to the building section in the home store and choose 'Balconies.' It鈥檚 pretty straightforward!
You can't build a balcony until you've unlocked the second floor. Once you have that, just head to the home store and it should be under the 'Balconies' section.
Balconies? Overrated. Just keep your Sims on the ground floor and save the Simoleons!
