How do you call a friend over on Sims FreePlay?
You can't exactly 'call' a Sim over, but you can definitely get their attention with the 'Whistle' icon in SimTracker.

From experience, all you need to do is click that Whistle icon in SimTracker. Works every time for me!
Open the SimTracker, find the Sim's name, and click the 'Whistle' icon! They'll pop over faster than you can say 'Simoleons!'
Easy peasy! Just tap on the Sim you want to invite, then choose the 'Whistle' icon. They'll come running!
