Easy peasy, lemon squeezy! Just press the 'E' key on your PC or the LB button on your Xbox controller (or L1 if you're rocking a PlayStation) while standing on the sidewalk. A taxi should pull over for you. Remember, you need to be on the sidewalk and not in the middle of the road—taxis have standards too!
