To cancel a purchase on PSN, visit the PlayStation website, log in, and go to 'Transaction History'. Look for the purchase and select 'Request Refund'. Note: This works within 14 days and if the content wasn鈥檛 downloaded.
I had to cancel a game last month. Just went into my account on the PlayStation Store, found the transaction, and requested a refund. Easy peasy!
