Just head to your PSN account settings, navigate to 'Subscription Management,' and hit the cancel button next to Showtime. Done!

Log into your PSN account on a web browser, click on 'Media' > 'TV & Video' > 'My Channels,' and then cancel Showtime.

Easy peasy! Go to the PlayStation Store on your console, find 'Subscriptions' under 'Account Management,' and select Showtime to cancel it.
