Open the Xbox app on your console or PC, go to Settings > Account > Subscriptions, and select 'Xbox Game Pass.' Follow the prompts to cancel. Easy peasy!

Used the cancel button last week myself! Just head to account.microsoft.com, find your Xbox Game Pass subscription, and hit 'Manage.' From there, cancel it. Super simple and worked like a charm.
