How Do You Capture a Target in Warframe
First, find the target marked on your map. Once you locate them, reduce their health to zero. They'll enter a downed state, allowing you to interact and capture them. Easy peasy!

It's all about tracking the target with the objective marker, shooting them until they fall, and then performing a quick capture. Works every time!
Just hack and slash until the target's down, then activate the capture prompt. Simple!
If you're on a Capture mission, follow the waypoint, take down the target, and hit that capture button. You'll be done in no time!
