Catching fish in ACNH is pretty simple but needs a bit of patience! First, you gotta get yourself a fishing rod. Then, find a body of water and look out for fish shadows. Cast your line ahead of the shadow by pressing 'A'. Wait for the fish to nibble, and when they do, a small splash sound plays. THAT's your cue to reel it in by pressing 'A' again. Timing is key, so don't rush to press 'A' till you hear the splash.

Just throw the line in front of the fish and wait. SPLASH, then hit A. EZ.

Everyone says it's easy but timing is everything. Too early or too late and you'll scare it away. It took me a bit to get the hang of it, so don't give up if you're not catching anything at first!

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
