In Warframe, you can't really change the operator gender directly. Instead, you customize the appearance to look more masculine or feminine using different features like hairstyles and facial options.
You can't change the gender, but you can definitely make your operator look more like whichever gender vibe you wanna go for by adjusting appearance settings.
Why bother changing gender? Just put a helmet on and call it a day!
