Changing the rate of fire in Apex Legends depends on the weapon you're using. Some guns, like the Flatline and the Hemlok, allow you to switch between firing modes (single fire or automatic) by pressing the B key on PC, or left d-pad on consoles. Not all weapons have this feature, so make sure to check if yours does!

Just hit that B key on PC or the left d-pad on your console controller. Easy peasy lemon squeezy.

Honestly, most of the time you're better off not messing with the fire rate. The default settings are usually the best for most situations. #keepitsimple

If you're a Apex Legends player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
