Sadly, you can't change the shape of the reticle in Apex Legends, just the color. So, if you're hoping for a heart-shaped crosshair to match your lovable personality, you're outta luck. Color swap is as customizable as it gets, folks.
I've been playing Apex Legends since launch, and let me tell you, changing the reticle color was a game-changer for me. I switched mine to hot pink, and it's made spotting it against any background way easier. Highly recommend fiddling with this setting if you haven't already.
