To bypass the age change restriction, you could adjust your birthdate within your SEN (Sony Entertainment Network) account. It’s a bit tricky, but it works! Just head to the Sony website and change the birthdate info there.

Sony doesn't let you change the age on a PSN account. You’re better off creating a new account if it's really necessary.

You can’t directly change your age on your PSN account. However, you can create a new account with the correct age. If you’re a minor, you might need a parent or guardian to set it up.
