Just head over to your profile, click 'Edit Profile,' and update your email in the 'Private Information' section. Done and done!
I've done this myself. Just hop into your profile, tap 'Edit Profile,' and swap out your old email for the new one. Took me less than a minute!
Profile -> Edit Profile -> Private Information -> Change Email. Boom, you're all set!
