Did it last week! Go to the Xbox app, tap on your profile, then 'Customize', and you'll see the option to change your Gamertag. Super straightforward.
To change your Gamertag on Xbox, just go to the Xbox website, sign in, and click on your profile. Look for 'Customize profile' and then 'Change Gamertag'—easy peasy!
