How do you change your login email on Facebook?
From my experience, all you need to do is add a new email in Settings under Contact, make it primary, then delete the old one!

Easy peasy! Just go to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Contact > Add another email or mobile number, then follow the prompts!
Settings > Security and Login > Edit next to Contact, then add your new email. Done and dusted!
Just add a new email under Settings, set it as primary, and remove the old one. Super simple!
