Changing your name in GTA 5 online is pretty straightforward if you know where to look. First up, you need to head over to the Social Club website by Rockstar Games. Once you're logged in, navigate to your profile. There should be an option to edit your profile where you can change your nickname. Just keep in mind, there might be restrictions on how often you can change your name, so pick something you really like!

Quick tip: You can't change your name directly in-game. You gotta do it through the Rockstar Social Club site. Just log in, hit up your profile, and you should see the option to change your nickname. Make it cool!

Actually, I never bothered changing my username. I think sticking to your original gangster name adds to the street cred in GTA 5 online. Just my two cents.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
