Open Facebook, go to the menu, then Settings & Privacy, and finally Privacy Shortcuts. You'll find everything you need there.
You need to go to Settings & Privacy in the main menu, then Privacy Shortcuts. I changed mine a while back and it's pretty straightforward once you're there.
