I did this last month. You'll need access to both the old and new emails to verify the change. Took me about 5 minutes.

Settings, Account Management, Account Information, then Sign-In ID. Change it there. Simple as that.

Easy peasy! Just go to Settings > Account Management > Account Information > Sign-In ID (Email Address). Enter your new email, confirm, and voilà!
