If you're looking to change your username, the best you can do is to create a new account with a new username and add your friends again. It's a bit of a hassle but that's the only way for now.

Ya can't change your username on Snapchat. Once you pick it, you're stuck with it forever. Better luck next time!

Quick tip: Can't change your username, but you can change your display name in settings. It's not the same, but it might help you out.
