To charge a standard Xbox 360 wireless controller, you need a Play & Charge Kit, which includes a rechargeable battery pack and a charging cable. Just attach the battery pack to your controller and plug in the cable to your Xbox 360 console or any USB power source.

Wait, Xbox 360 controllers don't charge. You either need the Play & Charge Kit or just use AA batteries. Simple as that.

You can't charge the regular Xbox 360 wireless controller directly without a Play & Charge Kit. If you don't have one, you can use AA batteries or get a third-party rechargeable battery pack.

I remember getting the Play & Charge Kit for my Xbox 360 back in the day. It was super easy: just plug the cable into the controller and the console, and you're good to go. Total game-changer!

If you're a Xbox player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Xbox gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
