To claim your preorder bonus items in Fallout 76, first make sure you've completed the initial tutorial. Once you're out in the vast world of Appalachia, press the pause menu. You'll see an option for the Atomic Shop. Your preorder bonuses should be available there for free! Just click on them to claim and start sporting your new gear.

Make sure Bethesda knows you're missing your goodies! If they don't show up in the Atomic Shop, contact Bethesda support. They're pretty good at sorting things out. And remember, double-check your game account is the one you used to preorder!
