First, make sure your Warframe account is linked to your Twitch account. Watch a Warframe stream that has drops enabled. After watching for the required amount of time, go to your Twitch inventory and claim the reward there. Then, the item should appear in your in-game inbox!

You don't need to do anything super complicated. Just link Twitch with Warframe, watch the streaming for the required time, claim the reward in your Twitch inventory, then check your in-game inbox.
