You can clear notifications on Facebook by clicking on the notifications icon (bell), then clicking the three dots next to each notification and selecting 'Remove this notification.'
Open your notifications panel, find the annoying notification, click the three dots, and hit 'Remove this notification.' Done!
Ugh, just nuke 'em by going to the bell icon and clicking those three little dots on each. Bye-bye, notifications!
