Here's what worked for me: Press the Xbox button on your controller to turn it on, then press the sync button on the console until the light flashes. Press the sync button on the controller and watch the magic happen!
Bluetooth works too! Just press the Xbox button, hold the sync button, then pair it with your device from the Bluetooth settings.
Easy peasy! Just hold down the sync button on your Xbox Series X and then press the sync button on your controller. They should find each other like lost friends!
