You can also connect headphones using the DualSense controller's 3.5mm jack if you don't mind a wired connection. It's not Bluetooth, but it gets the job done without additional accessories.

The PS5 doesn't natively support Bluetooth audio devices. The best way is to use a Bluetooth transmitter that connects to the PS5 via USB or the headphone jack. Got mine working with one from Amazon, and it's been smooth sailing!

Honestly, just get a pair of compatible PlayStation wireless headphones. They connect effortlessly without the need for additional transmitters or adapters.

You can't directly connect Bluetooth headphones to the PS5. Stick to wired or PlayStation-compatible wireless headphones for the best experience.

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
