It's easy! To convert from slope-intercept form (y = mx + b) to standard form (Ax + By = C), just rearrange the terms. Move mx to the left side to get -mx + y = b, then multiply everything by -1 if needed to get rid of any negatives.

Just move 'mx' to the left side to get y - mx = b, then rearrange to get mx - y = -b. Tada!

You just need to get everything on one side. Move mx to the left and you'll have -mx + y = b. If you need positive coefficients, multiply by -1.

Honestly, it鈥檚 just algebra gymnastics! Move terms around until you get Ax + By = C. Bam, done!
