If you're on mobile, press and hold the post text until you see an option to select and copy. On desktop, you can highlight the text, right click, and select 'copy'.

Not sure why you'd need more than Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V but hey, everyone has their quirks! Highlight the text and use those trusty keyboard shortcuts!
