Easy peasy! Just highlight the text you want to copy, right-click and select 'Copy'. Then go to Facebook, click into your post box, right-click again, and select 'Paste'. Done!
On a mobile device, hold down on the text you want to copy until you see the 'Copy' option, then tap it. Go to Facebook, tap where you want to paste, hold it down again, and tap 'Paste'. Voil脿!
