How do you create an Asia PSN account on PS4?
Step 1: Log out of your current PSN account. Step 2: Navigate to 'New User' on the PS4 home screen and select 'Create Account'. Step 3: Choose 'Sign Up Now'. Step 4: For the region, select an Asian country like Japan or Hong Kong. Step 5: Complete the registration process with a valid email and address from the selected region. Voilà, you’re in Asia now, virtually at least!

Just set your region to an Asian country during the sign-up process. Done!
I did this recently. First, log out of your current PSN account and select 'New User' then 'Create a User' on the PS4. Choose 'Sign Up For PSN', and when it asks for a region, pick an Asian country like Japan. Fill in the details, and you're good to go!
