In Fallout 4, you'll want to get your hands on some antibiotics to cure diseases. They're a bit rare but totally worth the hunt. Another solid go-to is visiting a doctor in any larger settlement, they'll patch you right up for a few caps. Don't forget, sleeping in a safe bed helps too!
