How Do You Deactivate Instagram Account
Go to Instagram on a browser (not the app), log in, and click on your profile. Then, click Edit Profile and you'll see 'Temporarily disable my account' at the bottom. Follow the prompts, and you’re done!

I disabled my Instagram last month. Just use a browser, go to your profile, click 'Edit Profile', and then 'Temporarily disable my account'. Done in minutes!
Super easy! Just go to Settings > Account > Temporarily Disable Account. Follow the instructions, and boom! You're on a break from the gram!
