I had to deactivate mine a while back. Just go to 'Settings' > 'Account Management' > 'Activate as Your Primary PS4/PS5' > 'Deactivate.' Took me like two minutes!

You can also do it through the web. Just log in to your PSN account on the PlayStation website, go to 'Device Management,' and click 'Deactivate All Devices.'

Just call Sony support and ask them to deactivate it. Sometimes it's easier to let the pros handle it.
