Unfortunately, PSN sub accounts can't be deleted. You can only deactivate them by removing them from the family management settings on your main account.

You can't delete a PSN sub account, but you can deactivate it! Just head into your account settings on your primary account, find 'family management,' and remove the sub account from there. Easy peasy!
