No way to delete cards, just sell or trade them.
You can't delete cards directly, but you can auction them off or sell them for MyTeam Points. It's your best bet to get rid of those unwanted cards.
From personal experience, I can tell you that the best way to manage your card collection is to sell lower-tier cards for VC or MT. Keeps your deck clean and your wallet full!
