Navigate to the specific video on your timeline, click on the three dots in the upper-right corner, and choose 'Delete Video.' Done and dusted!
Just go to 'Activity Log,' find the video you want to nuke, click on the three dots next to it, and hit 'Delete.'
If you can't find the video, try checking under 'Photos' > 'Albums' > 'Videos.' Then follow the usual delete steps from there.
