It's all about timing and precision. Wait until the circle is just right, then flick your wrist like a pro. Boom, excellent throw!
Simple: Wait until the colored ring is at its smallest and then throw. You'll get it with practice!
From my experience, the trick is to use curveballs. They give you a better chance of landing an excellent throw. Took me a while, but it works!
