Oh, multiplayer in Animal Crossing is super chill! Basically, if you wanna visit a friend's island or have them come to yours, you need a Nintendo Online subscription. Then, head over to the airport on your island, talk to Orville, and choose if you wanna fly to a friend's island or open yours for visitors. You can either do local play with someone nearby or play online with friends far away. Remember, communication is key for a fun visit!

Just a quick note, make sure both you and your friend's internet connection is solid. Nothing ruins a good island visit like getting booted because of a bad connection. Trust me, been there, had the frustration.

Honestly, the easiest way? Just open your gates and hope for the best. But seriously, use that Dodo code for a bit of control over who lands on your island paradise.

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
