Forget donating Robux; just tell them to create a game or something! It's the best way to earn their own and learn some cool stuff.
The easiest way is by purchasing their game passes or clothing items from the Roblox catalog. They just need to set up a game pass in one of their games or create an item of clothing and you can buy it!
Personal experience here: I bought my friend's t-shirt on Roblox. It was easy, and they got the Robux almost instantly.
