You can earn coins by completing certain tasks in the game! Niantic sometimes includes PokeCoins as rewards in special event tasks or daily research. So keep an eye out!

The best way to earn PokeCoins in Pokemon GO is by defending gyms. Place your Pokemon in a gym and for every 10 minutes your Pokemon stays there, you earn 1 PokeCoin, up to a max of 50 coins per day. Easy peasy!

As a veteran player, I can tell you that the most consistent way I've earned PokeCoins is by placing my strongest Pokemon in gyms and ensuring they stay there as long as possible. Defending multiple gyms at once helps rack up those coins faster. Go Team Instinct!

If you're a Pokemon GO! player looking for extra PokeCoins or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in Pokemon GO! essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
