Easy peasy! Open up Steam, click on 'Steam' in the top left corner, then go to 'Settings'. Hit up the 'Account' tab, and under 'Security Status', you'll see 'Manage Steam Guard Account Security'... click that! You can choose to receive Steam Guard codes by email or use the mobile authenticator. Both are solid choices, but the mobile option is super handy if you're always on your phone.

Just go to settings and turn it on lol. It's not rocket science.

Had to turn on Steam Guard myself last month. Honestly, wish I did it sooner. Feels like my account's Fort Knox now. The mobile authenticator option is gold. Getting those codes on my phone is so convenient, and it's like an extra shield against the dark arts of the internet.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
