Oh, equipping a parachute in GTA 5 is like putting on your adventurous hat! First off, you need to actually get your hands on a parachute. You can find one at several locations in the game, like the top of Mount Chiliad, or inside any plane you enter as a pilot. Then, once you've got yourself that sweet parachute, just scroll through your weapon wheel. You'll find the parachute sitting pretty right next to your melee weapons.
