Walk with your Eevee as your buddy for at least 10km, then evolve it during the day for Espeon or at night for Umbreon. Make sure Eevee is still your buddy when evolving!
For Leafeon or Glaceon, use a Mossy or Glacial Lure Module at a PokéStop. Spin the stop and then evolve your Eevee within the range of the lure.
