Just grab the coefficient of x! If your equation is in the form y = mx + b, the slope is simply m. Done and done!

Use two points on the line and apply (y2 - y1) / (x2 - x1). Quick math trick for you!

Divide the change in y by the change in x between any two points on the line. Simple as that.

Last time I checked, slope = rise over run. Just use that handy formula (change in y divided by change in x).
