Go to Settings & Privacy, select Settings, then Blocking. Voilà, there's your blocked list!

Easy peasy! Just head to Settings & Privacy, then click on Settings, and finally Blocking. You'll find all your blocked peeps there.
Settings -> Settings & Privacy -> Blocking. Done.
Hit up Settings & Privacy from the menu, then tap Settings, and scroll until you see Blocking. Your blocked list is right there! I just did it last week and found all the people I blocked over the years.
